Terms and conditions for subscribing members to GoodParty
Why you need to be a subscribed member to use GoodParty?
As a condition you have to be a subscribing member because it enables you to:
· Get daily enquiries from potential customers every day by e-mail.
· Use the contract and communication tools on GoodParty.
General
When you are a subscribed member to GoodParty you get e-mails with potential clients. The e-mail gives you a description of the customers event in detail and if you log on to GoodParty you can purchase the customer's contact information. The contact information includes the clients e-mail address and telephone number, if the customer has entered it.
Rights
All rights for the the website ""GoodParty"", it’s design, content and partial elements are the property of A2B Comunications and are not to be used, shown or distributed to any third party whitout the direct consent of A2B Comunications. Any use of ""GoodParty"" and it’s content is a direct violation of the danish copyright law.
Payment to your account You can depossit money to your account on GoodParty with a creditcard. There is a fee regarding payments made to your account. The fee is the equivalent to the amount that A2BComunications pays PBS to conduct the online transaction to your bank account. The fee is 0.17 GBP+0.01% of the amount which has to be deposited. With 9.13 GBP the amount would be 0,26GBP.
Data security
All data is hosted at Wannafind.dk, og A2Bcommunications are not liable for the database.
Discontinuation
In case you want to discontinue your subscription to GoodParty, you can delete your subscription by sending us an e-mail at admin@all4urparty.com . The Email should contain your profile name.
Disclaimer A2B communications are not liable for any loss that comes with the use of the services on GoodParty.co.uk, except for loss concerning other peoples misuse of your account, after A2Bcomunications has been informed about unauthorised persons have gained access to your e-mail and the secret password or after you have informed us that you have discontinued your account. GoodParty includes a contract-function. A2b Communications can’t legally be held responsible for any legal conflicts between you and any other Subscriber or customer.
Changes in condition
A2B communications reserve the right to change prices and conditions regarding the use of GoodParty with 14 days notice. Notice of any change will be sent to the e-mail address, which is entered on your personal version of GoodParty, or/and which is entered on the public part of GoodParty.
